My FILs will be in town the week after next and my parents want to suggest some places to them for the rehearsal dinner.
Any ideas???? Thanks!

Re: Good restaurants in Nassau?
Are you looking for a private room? If so, you can try the Brick Cafe in Lynbrook or Violetta's in Merrick.

Ooh, I've never heard of those places. I'm not sure if we'll need a private room. Just name some places

Re: Good restaurants in Nassau?
Any particular area in Nassau? North, East, South, etc?
Butera's in Syosset is great. I think they have one in Merrick too, or somewhere on the south shore.

Re: Good restaurants in Nassau?
I've been to a bunch of the restaurants you all have mentioned and I have to say - you have good taste! Aliciahelene - I suggested to my mom that they try GW Manor too so they can not only show my FILs my hall, but also sample the food for me

Re: Good restaurants in Nassau?
The Paparazzi Restaurant in Westbury, near Roosevelt Field. I had my engagement party there. They have two rooms for private dinners/parties. I may be a little partial to this place because FH is the manager
