so i have my seating chart in powerpoint (a template from a fellow 2011er) and I made changes by adding text boxes under different letters of the alphabet to make it easier for guests to find their name.... my problem is i can either align right and have all my table numbers in a straight line or align left and have the Mr./Ms. all in a line.... is there anyway to have them both lined up perfectly?????
I need to have it printed this weekend - HELP!!!!!
ps when i align- Justify then both colums are misaligned

is there an option to 'center' it?
can you manually space everything out yourself? a total pain, but might be worth the time to make it look good?
I have photoshop if you want me to take a crack at it...

thank you ladies for offering to help - one of the girls on BHB suggested i make a separate text box with the table numbers so they can all be in line without impacting the guest name alignment
