Has anyone else had troubling getting in touch with them? I love their work but this lack of communication is really turning me off.

I emailed and called them and she returned my call within 1 hour or so. I would do both!!

Jillian is usually very good at getting back to you. Maybe she went away for thanksgiving!

i used her and she was always so promt in getting back to me. I would maybe try her after the holiday
