Is anyone going with a Marisa gown? Does anyone have anything good or bad to say about Marisa? I am mostly worried about time frames, I have a really short window and have to get my dress all set by the beginning of April (ackk!). Any words of wisdom/encouragement would be appreciated (trying to decide if i should go with the marisa gown i fell in love with today!) THANKS!

I didnt end up with a Marisa gown so I cant help you with timeframes but I can say that Marisa gowns are beautiful. They have very timeless designs with beautiful silk fabrics at very budget minded prices. You cant go wrong.

I have a Marisa gown - ordered from RK Bridal and it arrived quicker than they told me, i think about three months or so. But I don't know if it depends on the manufacturer or where you order it from. I wouldn't wait any longer though. I love my Marisa, the fabrics are great and they're cut very well.

Thanks ladies. Oooo, which one do you have Starhead? I just posted mine (and hopefully the picture came out.) It is called the mermaid (but it really isn't a true mermaid style). I fell in love with it because it is so classic and when it is on it looks like a sleek 1930s style. But, I loved every Marisa that i tried on!! So happy for us.

I'm going to try to post a photo of me when I went on my first 'try on' - keep in mind that it's not altered yet and i have a cheesy expression!
I bought a Marisa dress from Bridal Reflections in February, and it was ready by June. My wedding was in October, so I had plenty of time to wait before my fitting.

Ooooo, you have such good taste!! You look gorgeous! Very stunning. i wish i was as tall as you. I think you look better in it being taller. but i am so happy we found something so classic and different!
My FH likes my hair down too. not sure what i am going to do with it!
