Does anyone have any comments (positive or negative) about Gray studios in New Hyde Park?

One of my friends used them recently and wasn't very happy with them....I also wasn't that impressed...at her wedding the photog actually pulled out her 'must take' list and made a comment...sorry just honest here. I felt bad for my friend, and she had an issue after her wedding with them too (I don't remember what it was exactly, maybe because she kept calling for her proofs-not sure sorry!). She was disappointed...

I booked with Gray after heraing great reviews and seeing the quality of their work. As with most places, it probably depends on who you are working with. They are also a bit $$$, but worth it in my opinion!
