GREAT News....we are on the verge of....

Thank YOu everyone....

we just got the mortgage pre-qualification letter.

The house is located about 15 minutes east of where we are now (in Suwanee, GA which is about 30 miles North of Atlanta). It's a town called Bethelehem (yes...with streets named Christmas, Shepard, etc.) It's more rural, but all the major development is moving out that way.
Oh...and it will have a bonus room with it's own bathroom....so we'll have 3 FULL baths and a potential 4th bedroom!!!
Did I mention that it's on about a half acre of land too!!! And it'll be built in about 6 weeks!!!

My FBIL is till trying to talk us into coming down to Suwanee for good. We are very tempted, but want to wait until we're closer to the wedding to decide what to do.
