I know you don't want to hear this right now, Jess...but I'm sure you will find something you like better.

We had a similiar issue with the house we almost bought too...I was devistated...and now that I'm in my house and think back about the other one...this house is soooooo much nicer. I'm so happy it fell through. You'll get there...

Thanks Kat. I hope that happens with us too. It's just very frustrating to figure out.

I know you probably think I am nuts, but I still feel so terrible for the owner of the house. She had no idea about the foundation.

OMG I cannot even imagine how she feels!!!!! Hope you have luck finding a home!!!! i feel like we'll never even get as far as you are....we are too picky
