Any suggestions where to stay or to stay away from in Athens, Mykonos, Santorini? Also any advice on packages good deals or good TA to book with would be greatly appreciated.

In athens, if you want to avoid $200+ a night, you have to chose a hotel not in the immediate vicinity of the ruins. chose a hotel close to a subway that can take you there!
In santorini, stay in Fira if you want to be in the thick of the action.... We're staying at a tiny place called the Melina hotel.... We found out that you can easily book rooms in decent hotels for about $120/night in June... so don't feel you have to break the bank.
we're going to crete instead of mykonos, so I can't help you there....
Tripadvisor.com always has good comments about the hotels....
