Thank you junebride! Have you ever been to a wedding there before? The woman we met with (christina) said that the owners are greek and 'go all out' for greek weddings. I hope that is true...

my niece's christening was there....and yes, the food is awesome and plentiful....very important for a greek function.

I am going to the Diner Association Dinner Dance that they are hosting on MOnday night. I am very excited being that it will be my first time attending a function there. I am going with my family and fiance and I will post a full report on Tuesday. I am also going to a wedding there the end of Septemeber!

talking about all this food - makes me want to eat more of my Funfetti cake! But that is for my cousin who just got back from her honeymoon in St. Lucia - i should eat her cake out of jealousy of her wonderful weather out there and our crappy one here!

Congratulations Attica!

I booked my photorapher today!!!! Another relief. And also the cocktail hour piano guy.

Now I only have flowers, dress, and limo... the rest is little stuff- bridal party gifts, placecards, and all that other little stuff.

Olga - I am probably going to make an appt. to meet with VIP. I will let you know how it goes. Next Monday I have an appt. with Verdi (whose I pics I absolutely LOVE). I have a couple of appts. with some other photographers in June.

I absolutley LOVED bellarino!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I met with them yesterday and I'm in love - I'm not too into artsy video or cheeseyness. They are simple and elegant - very me and FI I totally loved them and had to share because I realized I had forgotten too!

Girls, I am clueless about photography....how soon in advance do you have to book? It sounds like VIP is good....i also heard that Ferrari and Patken is good from my FSIL. Suggestions?

Photography & bands are very important and the good ones get booked fast. You should start researching as soon as you can. It's never too early.

NOW - that is the best answer I can give you lol Since you are doing january, it wont be as booked but you never know. DEF do the band FIRST - they book up if you want a greek band - djs I dont know about. Then photo - I'm going to VIP Monday so I'll let you know - I like tha they have the second photographer
