Groom's Cake...part II

Hi ladies...I have a question that I'm hoping you guys can help with...

My FH is very involved in our town...he volunteers for many organizations:::

-EMS
-Auxiliary
-Dispatcher

So I was thinking, for his cake having each patch work/symbol that he participates in, displayed on one corner of the cake...and for the forth corner having #1 volunteer....however my question is....what do I put in the middle of the cake??

or should I have

#1 Volunteer in the center of the cake and for the fourth corner just have swirls coming out....?
