I know you wanted personal, but we got our GM flipcams - they LOVED them. They can't stop talking about (and of course using) them!

I am having the same problem. Not sure what to get them.
I did have another idea but the grill won out. You could pick up wallets and fill them with gift cards to the GM's favorite places. $10 to Dunkin, $10 to Subway, $10 to Sports Authority etc.

Re: groomsmen gifts
We only had two groomsmen. For the BM, my husband got a set of beer mugs from Crate and Barrel, our favorite beer, and a personalized bottle opener.
For my brother, the GM, we got monogrammed scotch glasses from Pottery Barn and a bottle of scotch.

Re: groomsmen gifts
I really wanted to do flip cameras for the boys since they're all techy, BUT FH pointed out with iphones and stuff, he doesn't think its a needed gift. Sooo I've looked into some nice gunmetal pocketwatches, maybe cufflinks. I don't like the normal alcohol type gifts as they all have something like that already.

Re: groomsmen gifts
last time FH was in a wedding he got a gift card to a steakhouse and all the guys made a date to go out to dinner together after the wedding. and FH loved that idea so he wants to do that again. at first i wasnt too excited by it but now i'm game, slowly realizing guys really dont need too much stuff.
we are still getting them something silly for the day of tho, i'm thinking cufflinks but FH wants flasks ::sigh::

Re: groomsmen gifts
We are thinking about getting all of the guys their favorite sports team jersey. We know that they will all wear it and love it!! Also, it's all brothers so we may spend a bit more on them then we would if it were friends in the party.

Re: groomsmen gifts
these are all great ideas but i have 9 guys and cameras and watches etc are expensive!!! Uggg I don't know what to do...I was hoping for like 50 each if that...I got my bridesmaids bathrobes with their initial so they could wear for hair/makeup and then necklaces for the day of...the good thing was the necklaces cost practically nothing because i had a lia sophia party and as a hostess I earned credits/got things super discounted!! I would definately recommend it to any bride if they want to get jewlery for their girls..and the jewlery is really nice!!!
