I went to look at RH with FH and we saw one we totally loved. When we were in the car driving home he starting telling me the wedding plans and what he envisioned. I disagreed with some of his plans and he turned into a total GROOMZILLA!
I didnt know it was possible but is anyone's FH a groomzilla?

Mine alledges that he is not, but he's got all of these (stupid, wrong, unstylish) opinions! He perpetuates the myth that 'I'll just do whatever you want' and suddently the groomsmen are in blue tuxes and we're basing our menu around mozzarella sticks!!

mine is becoming a Groomzilla about our rings. He wants them to be plain and match. He gets very angry when I suggest otherwise.

mine isn`t for the most part...he`s just sooo not into helping me plan that he makes me crazy. the only thing about the wedding that he complains about to no end is the color of the bridesmaid dresses....he doesn`t want to wear a vest to match it. he says it looks like throw up
I love the dress it doesnt look like throw up men what do they know!

I agree! I really wanted brown dresses, but FH informed me that it would look like someone sh*t all over his shirt. Lovely!

Yeah- they don't know what they are talking about most of the time.
Everytime I tell FH about a plan for the wedding, he says, 'OK do what you want'. So I told him he better watch what he says b/c if he is leaving all the planning to me, then he is leaving all the planning TO ME - meaning- he cannot veto anything I plan!
I have a feeling there will be drama later.
Just bring out Bridezilla- she is more powerful than Groomzilla any day!!!

he is bad
and i want my girls in mocha and he said he isnt wearing mocha colored suits, vests, ties or anything haha - his mind will be changed- not mocha suits/tuxes but definitely the same color as the girls dresses for their ties or something

No, mine is like do whatever you want which annoys meeee lol. I know hes just doing that because he knows no matter what he says I will still do what I want but still lol. Ughh it annoys me THE only thing he has to have is us write our own vows he is insisting upon it.

Mine is such a groomzilla that about a month ago I told him I needed a break from wedding talk and wedding planning or I was going to kill him. Every day, he talks about something wedding related. The only time I had to step in was the other day. He and his best man were talking about tuxedos and I heard 'Dumb and Dumber' and 'orange and blue' so I vowed not to let them go get their tuxes without me!!!

LOL! Mine is SUCH a groomzilla. He claims, 'whatever you want will be perfect' then tells me he thinks chocolate brown and pink is a horrible combo, no women look good in brown and every cake choice I show him he says, 'do you want people to eat it or frame it' So freakin annoying! AND he gets all upset when my other engaged girlfriends and I go to bridal shows without him... They just don't get it! Needless to say brown and pink ARE our colors!

Same with mine!!! My jaw dropped when he told me the day to bring over all the stuff we got from a bridal show so we can look through it all... Who are you? And what have you done with my bf???
I mean I want his opinion on things, but to a certain extent... I dont need him arguing with me on wedding stuff...Thank god hes pretty laid back when it comes to most things!!! He tells me 'Whatever you want... This is YOUR day' And part of me feels like.. We're partners here... It's your day too!!!!!
