my hair is usually long but lately its reallllllllly long...i keep having dreams of cutting it all off and being so happy w my new style...and then i wake up and its STILL HERE!

so i might get a cute cut after the wedding.

I am scared to cut it too short!!!..but maybe alittle below my chin!!!!..I have time to think about it

I always grow it long, then chop it. A year ago I chopped 16 inches and donated to Locks of Love. And it's halfway down my back again!
Consider donating when you do chop it. Then you're growing it for 2 reasons!

I am def going to look into that!

I want to donate mine also! does anyone know if they'll take colored hair? (mine is highlighted)

Re: Growing your hair

unfortunately i chopped all my hair off 2 days before FH proposed. So Im hoping enough grows back that i can get away with it without extensions.

Yes! I HATE my hair long. I am growing out b/c I want to though. It's my own fault. I want an up-do so it's not even like I'm going to have long flowing locks for pictures.

I cannot wait to chop it. I'm definitely doing it day AFTER wedding.

Re: Growing your hair

It's annoying how long it is! I think most brides cut there hair after the wedding! I'm debating if I wanna keep my usual spring highlights routine or go natural for the wedding on top of wanting to go shoulder length again! I find myself searching for a clip to pull it back during the day!

I'm liking my hair long. It curls nicer and straightens easier right now. Even though it takes a long time toe straighten.

I feel like a horse with all this shaggy hair- My hair is very thick (which I shouldnt complain about). Although I am in need of trimming my ends good thing I am going Saturday also havent colored it in the longest time so I will put back my highlights .

YES!! My hair is ridiculously long (takes about 25 minutes to blow dry)! FH loves it short and i liked it short, so as soon as I get back from the honeymoon, i'm choppin' it!!!

i hadn't cut my hair in a year and a half, and only just trimmed the ends this weekend. FH loves it not too long, not too short, just as long as i have a ponytail he's happy. i however need change and want to chop it all off after the wedding. i used to have hair that was only an inch long, and am tempted to do that again, but will most likely end up w/ an angled hair cut. hair grows back, so he'll get his ponytail again someday.

Re: Growing your hair

I'm growing it long, and my hairstylist said that I shouldn't even get it trimmed for the next 6 or 7 months so that it just grows...it's going to drive me crazy because I have curly hair and it's going to get out of control very quickly, so i'm thinking in April going in just for a small trim and to keep its shape...we'll see. I, too, can't wait to cut it off!!
