I am getting married at Danfords Hotel & Marina, but I wanted to book a block of rooms elsewhere so my guests had a variety of places to choose from, and so I could accommodate everyones budget. So I called the nearby Holiday Inn and & they are not offering block rates for the weekend I'm getting married (memorial day weekend 2011) bc of a LACROSSE tournament. I mean SERIOUSLY? And without the block room price rooms still come to the $199 rate that is exactly what the discounted Danfords rate is! Grrrr!! I don't know what to do! Can anyone suggest any other hotels in the area??
