my shower invites have been sent out. . . a co-worker of mine comes up to me and was like Val I loved the stationary on your shower invite, Ill be there. . . I was totally confused lol. . . I was like fancy huh I didnt know what to say I was upset though cause I wanted to be surprised so I tried to play it slick I was like glad you like. .. thats the only thing i was aloud to see of course before printed on other than that im clueless on the shower I knew i was having one but i dont know when. . she was like oh i didnt know it was a surprise is didnt say on the invite. .. I called my mom and she was so upset she said she just figured people would know it was a surprise.....

This is why all surprise parties have to SAY it's a surprise on the invite... but it's OK, you still don't really know much!!! You can still be surprised!

Awww I am so sorry that you found out about. Its not always a surprise and even if you put it on the invite there is always that fear that someone is going to say something to the bride. You said you knew you were getting one but didn't know when technically you don't know when right??? So just enjoy it and be prepared every weekend with a nice outfit.

It just ***** cause even though i knew i would have one i never knew when so it would have been a surprise but now I know the invites were sent out which means its in June sometime. . . .

not necessarily!! mine were sent out over a week ago and my shower is in July!!
