I shed a tear or two while she was cutting but about 2 minutes later, I felt great about the decision. Def. liberating!

I do I do like it, in fact I love it...I can't stop running my fingres through my hair! I wish the camera was set up so that I could show you all pictures. As soon as DH fixes it I will get one up asap.

By any chance, did you save the ponytail? There is a non-profit organization that uses cut hair of 10 inches or longer to make wigs for kids who need them. Anyhow, congrats on the change. I bet it feels like a whole new you!!!

I did save it and that is exactly what I am going to do! Care for Kids is who I am going to send it to. That helped take the sting out of the cut, I knew that is was going to go to a good cause!!

Sunny I know it has only been about two hours since I did it but I seriously love it and I am so glad I did! I say go for it. But I did the same thing...I really wanted to wait until after the wedding. I am glad I did wait too because I adore the way my hair looked on the day of the wedding.

FH always says 'Man I hate it when chicks cut their hair after they get married. And they all do it! Why is that?!' He gets so exasperated.
He has made me promise not to cut mine after we get married......

I wanted to for the last few months...but I wanted my hair a special way for the wedding and knew that I could not do it if I chopped it all off. Tel your FH we do it because everyone warns us before the wedding to not doing anything drastic so when we finally can we go for it.
Shamma...I don't think I will let it grow back...I can already tell that it will save me tons of time getting ready.

i cut off a lot of my hair like 2 months ago. it felt great, and i like how i look with shorter hair better.
