2 inches off....but my hair was long! And layers put back in...don't have pics but will post soon
One of the ladies at the salon almost fell over when she heard me instructing the hair dresser to cut 2 whole inches....I always ask for just a trim and to keep it long

i'm going for my newlywed chop soon too! its down the middle of my back right now so i'll probably get the layers put back in (since i couldnt have them for the wedding) and will cut about 2 inches off as well! i'm scared...a haircut is always so traumatic for me!!!

Welcome to the club... 2 days after my wedding i did it ..5-6 inches gone at first i was SHOCKED now i love it

i cut about 4 inches off my hair the day after the wedding, i couldn't wait a minute longer.
i'm sure it looks great
