Do you ladies know what you are doing for a guest book yet? I haven't figured out what I want to do yet. I don't plan on using our engagement photos to make a book, I want something different.
Any ideas?

Re: Guest Book Ideas
My friend is letting us borrow his photo booth, so I bought a black album with black pages and plan to have glue sticks and metallic pens for guests to write notes and glue their pics (black & white) onto the pages. If we weren't doing this, I probably would have done the fingerprint tree.

When my sister got married last year she had an engravable frame as her guest book. It comes with a special pen so that the guests signatures get engraved into the frame. She now has it hanging in her house, it's really cute!

That's really adorable! I've never seen this before!

I'm not having one... I was just at a wedding last month and I didn't even notice one and if there was one we didn't sign it. I'd rather save the $$

I love the photobooth guest books but I also saw on Pinterest someone used the game Jenga as a guest book. They set it up as you would to play the game and each guest pulled a wooden block out to write a note for the bride & groom. I thought it was cute but eventually someone will knock it over- hence the object of the game so it depends how much that bothers you lol

We are doing a large poster propped up on an easel for people to sign so that we can frame it and hang it in our house. even if everyone doesn't sign the picture we are using is from our engagement shoot so we still won't mind hanging up a poster size picture of it.

We are doing wine bottles with personalized labels that say 1,5,10,15,20. You have your guest sign in metallic marker and then you open the bottles on you anniversary,
I love this idea! Especially if you get a really nice bottle for the later years that will taste even better over time...

Its funny how things change in a few months. Since my orange and blue wedding has evolved into a full on mets theme I have decided our guest book will be home plate. I figure we can frame it and hang it up in the house somewhere.
