When i tell everyone that we are inviting 275 people to our wedding people tend to look at me like im crazy. Do you think its abnormal?

no ive seen a lot of people on here post that they are inviting MUCH more than thatim guaranteeing 200 so im sure ill be inviting more than that to make that min.

I'm def inviting AT LEAST that many. More like 300. Yes, people look at us like we're crazy, but whatever. IF you can afford it and it works for you, whats the big deal. I have a HUGE extended family and we have a lot of good friends and we want everyone there to share with us. OUr minimum we need to make is 240, we'd rather have more than pay for ppl who don't come. JMO.
I say go for it and don't worry what othe people say.
Also, I've noticed if you smile and confidently say '275!' people don't react as harshly as if you meekly say 'uhhh 275?'
