I just finished my final guest list. I am going to jump off the roof.
I am 60 people over budget. I am prayingggggg to god every night from today until 9-10-11 that the 20% decline rate happens to me.
Come on OOTers, cousins ive never met, people i dont like.. please stay home! ETA : And friends who feel the need to bring their random flavor of the week to my shindig. Please stay home also.

We're in the same boat....we paid for 125 and our guest like is around 150-160....we're PRAYING for AT LEAST 20% decline rate.

Yea FH and I just had this discussion. We only want max 180 not because of cost but because of the size of the room.
Our guest list is 225! Really hoping people don't invite a plus one

I have not made my final list but i plan on only inviting people i know. I need to guarantee 125 so I'm hoping no more than 150 -175 tops. What is your minimum? Don't you need about 250 at the Inn?
