Re: guest list question

even if 30 decline u will still have 170. I think you should send out 170 invites, and see who says no, then take it from there.

Re: guest list question

dont worry, the 20% decline is usually right. We made a list of 'Must be invited', 'Nice to invite' and 'if there is any room left over'.... stcik to your total... you can do it!

Re: guest list question

I wouldn't worry about it for now. Some ppl will decline so you should be ok.

i'm in a the same boat, room holds 170 max and have about 200. We are sending out two rounds of invite. First round of 150. Every decline I will send out the a corresponding B list. It ***** but though most people will have a 20% decline, I do know people who had everyone show up.

The 20% decline is usually on the money. You should be ok even if there is an extra 10 people who say they are coming.

I have a different dilema...

I have a guest list of 300 I guarenteed 200 but the room does hold upto 400...so I'm good with that. I just don't want more than 225 and i have a feeling its going to be way over that!!! How can i trim the list down???
