We did a polaroid guest book, not everyone is in it but we got alot of pictures of our guests, just make sure to be very clear on directions or assign someone to take pics during CH

we're doing something like this...

and i agree...i am putting different notes in front of the stuff to explain what to do and told one of my chatty friends that he's going to be responsible for getting ppl to do it/give him a list of guests to check off (i havent gone through the logistics)

maybe have the mc announce that u have something during some point in the event like as they leave ch or during a dinner break or at the end of the night as people are leaving?

i was actually thinking that a really great idea would to be to have the videographer do it- have them give a little hello and well wishes/ advice. how great would it be to have face time for each and everyone of your guests?!?

We did a traditional guest book that we had on the place card table. Most everyone signed it which was great. A friend of mine did a polaroid book and it was great. She stationed a cousin with a camera to take pictures of everyone during the CH and then they got to place their photo in the book and write a note. We thought about doing that but then ran out of time.

We did a poloroid guest book and had our DOC go table to table and had everyone take poloroids and sign the guest book- it worked out great and we have a lot of fun pictures of our guests!

we went to art school so most of our friends (from high school and college) and even our families are artistically inclined so we're putting out cards (about 5'x6' or something like that) of bristol paper with a whole bunch of different art supplies so people can make little drawings, etc. (or just write a message if they want) and put it into a box that'll be on the same table.
