GYM

ok WW is amaaaaaaaazing.. i lost 12 lbs and kept it off.. but i still need to tone...

i go to LA fitness in new hyde park...well..i have a membership there...but havent gone in a while

does any1 else go? i need a buddy..
thats not a fkn body builder who looks flexes in the mirror 20 times an hour :::rolls eyes:::

I've toured that gym before, its beautiful! I can't believe they have a whole upper floor of just cardio machines, its great.

I am trying to save as much as i can so i have a treadmill at home which i run on every morning (otherwise, i have zero motivation when i come home from work. all i wanna do is pass out!)
