had my first fitting

I just got back from my first fitting, I fell in LOVE all over again. My gown is absolutely gorgeous. I didn't take any pics bc I forgot my camera but I am soooo happy with it. My next fitting is in May so I'll bring my camera then YAYY

OMG Maggie so funny you were there today bc so was I !!! I stopped in to try and get a swatch of the dress for my veil but they couldn't give me one (had to order)...I used the time to look at 'the dress' again!! So beautiful!! My friend was with me and she was in awe of the dress too! I can't wait for mine to come in!! I ordered in Aug and still not in - they said April. I stopped at Americana to look for Manolos...one store had them but not in my size!! I was able to see which were the right size though...I am getting the same ones as you..they will look great with the bead work!!

That's so funny, I think I saw you, I was standing there waiting while 2 girls (must have been you and your friend) were looking at the sample of my gown. I was standing around with 2 other girls and my mom, they ended up taking me into the Salon next door to do my fitting....you would have been able to see the gown on me--OMG I'm in love and the shoes....they look fabulous with the gown, the seamstress was telling me how gorgeous they looked together.

I picked out my veil there also and I didn't need a swatch but I guess if you go somewhere else you def need it just so it isnt darker than your gown.
