Had my fitting .upset

I was so happy the dress looked after loosing 2 inches in my waist. The dress is beautiful. My issue is the dress sits lower in the back than I thought and my underarm back fat litterally hangs over the top in the back. There is nothing I can do with 3 weeks left. I mean it was huge and NASTY!! I was so happy when I sawe the from until I turned around in the mirror. Sorry to vent just so upset

aww.. i'm sure it's not as bad as u feel it is.. but if u want a way to rfeel bettr, maybe buy a cathedral veil.. that will go the entire length of u'r dress and cover those areas that are troubling you..

Congratulations on losing 2 inches, that is great! I'm sure that you look gorgeous!! We tend to be very critical on ourselves and see things that others would never notice....

Can you get a longer veil? It may cover your back and make you feel a little better??

I noticed that I had back bulges when I went for my second fitting. I tried on a longline bra that wasn't as tight as the original one I had and it looked a lot better. Good luck

Christy....first of all congrats on losing the 2 inches (I wish that I could say the same), secondly try not to be so hard on yourself. We all tend to be our own worst critics. I agree with the above post and maybe see if you can get a longer veil. Remember you are going to be a beautiful bride and your FH is going to smile the minute that he sees you walking down the isle!

You should be so proud of yourself for losing 2 inches! You are doing great and you will be beautiful! Don't sweat it! Can you wear your hair down or like the others suggested, a longer veil! Can they take it out more up top? Seriously though, you should try not to be too hard on yourself, because you are doing such a fabulous job and remember, sometimes we see things that no one else will notice, or we see things that do not really exist! Try to feel better!

Wait, Christy, we are dress twins, aren't we? The dress has a corset back. Maybe she can just loosen up the corset a little. She may not be fitting it correctly, because I just looked at my fitting pics and it doesn't seem to come down low in the back. Are you using the privacy panel?

im sure its all in your head, you notice it but no one else will. . . and im sure you look amazing. . . sorry you feel like that but im sure you look great. My boss told me when i was upset about my dress that all that matters is what the FH thinks about how i look and the same goes for you worry about him and you and no one else.

I think it sits lower on me because of my height. Thats what she said I am 5'8. I am using the privacy panel. She said if she loosend it up top it would not stay on. It sits about 2 to 3 inches below my underarm.

how are you having your hair style?? i kinda have the same issue but im doing my hair either half up or all the way down. it'll cover it a little as long as you have longish hair

Kind of like this, but my hair is not AS long as this.
