HAIR???????

SO I found a girl on craigs list that just does hair as a hobby..Not licensed or anything..But her work is AMAZING..The best I've see on here..Quality like those sisters that do hair and makeup that a lot of people on here use pedala I think..Whatever

she only is going to charge $30 for me and $25 for the other girls if I can guarantee 5 other people besides me

what are your thoughts??

She's done over 100 wedding in the past 3 years and she's only 21

IM all about saving and I really don't care about the license..Plus..If she comes to the hotel and does it it has no relevance..Only in establishments is where she would need to be licensed

the only thing that would make me nervous is that I don't know anyone that has used her, IMO, I would want some references first, just to make sure she is reliable. But I wouldn't care about the license thing
