youd be surprised but you may find things like that at claires or icing for a reasonable price......especially around prom they have all things like that out.

You might also look for brooches; that's sort of what your pic looks like to me.

I would go to Barron's in the Tri County Flea Market. I found my hair pins there and there were a bunch of others. They are very reasonably priced.
