Hair and makeup for may 5th

I am looking for hair and makeup. Definitely need hair. Someone who isn't expensive. Also, if my wedding starts at 12pm what time should I be getting makeup and hair done.?

It all really depends...Are you planning on taking pics before? Do you plan to have your MUA to do your bridal party as well?
