Hair and Makeup help- Suffolk

Can anyone tell me the name of some salons in Suffolk that are good? I am going to try calling a few of the people I have read about (Pauline, Elena, etc.) But I may be too late. I don't live in the area so it has been tough for me to do these things. I am getting married in Smithtown, on September 14th. The reception is at Villa Lombardis. I will be staying at the Wyndham the night before the wedding. It would be nice if I could get someone to come to the hotel...but I'll go to them if I have to. Any help you can give is appreciated :)

I used Racine in Islip 631-224-5240. They do travel. I used Linda for hair and Cynthia for makeup.

I don't know if she goes to hotels or not - but I will use a childhood friend of mine, Dawn. She works at Bocu Salon in Commack on Jericho Turnpike - and is just a great person. You can get just about anything done there - they have a day spa also and it is just beautiful. I have seen people getting trials with other stylists and they all looked fabulous. I come from Queens to get my hair done there.

my name is patti and i do make up for wedding parties. my number is 631-361-5031. try andre''s beauty salon in the smith haven mall. they have some great hair stylists i believe they will travel to the hotel the day of your wedding.

Hi Vicky. I used Carol at the MAC counter at Macy's in Smithhaven mall. She was fantastic and she came to my home. I highly recommend her. Let me know if you want the number and I can bring it in. Also..her price was very reasonable $75 or $80, can't remember which. It was in line with other places, anyway. Have fun!
