Can anyone recommend a good hair salon for 'Updos' I need one for this Saturday...I love when they make it nice and full and stays all day.

Christie's in Bay Terrace!! Dina works there and she does AMAZING makeup too! I think makeup without eyelashes is only $30!

I agree! Christies is great! And if you buy and bring your own eyelashes, they will apply them for you!

Christies- they do agreat job, I used go there for years and loved the women who do\id my hair, But the girls who worked in front are very nasty just to warn you and I know many people who stop going because of that!! R & L-Whitestone

Try Salon Envee in Astoria. It's on Steinway and Ditmars. Orsola does really nice updos and she really knows hair!
