Try the Bridal touch by Elena. she works from her basement but she is awesome. I met with her and she is featured on this web site. Jericho Terrace referred me to her and she does do beautiful work. YOu can meet her at the next Jericho showcase which I think is in May. She also does hair lock extensions wich I am looking into doing for my wedding.
