As for the mayo - I will definitely give it a try. Does it really help your hair GROW do you think? I've heard of girls taking pre-natal vitamins to get their hair to grow but then I heard it messes with the birth control - so I didn't try...anyone here do that?
I don't think it actually helps it grow, that needs to come from the roots, but it can give the appearance of longer hair because it heals the split ends, if that makes any sense.
ETA:: Vitamin B Complex is excellent for hair and nails. I would recommend taking those to help.
