Congrats I'm a little confused I will be 20 weeks on Friday but your due date is the 9th of Sept. and mine is the 20th Did they bump up your date?

Stacey, you're not the only one confused! The baby has been measuring a week ahead of what I acutally am since the 9th week -- I'm really 20 weeks now (going by my LMP), but the baby is measuring over 21 weeks, so that's why they bumped my due date up from 9/14 to 9/9. I asked if this means I'm having a gigunda baby and they said that doesn't have anything to do with it! They told me I must have ovulated a different day, but trust me, I know EXACTLY when I ovulated and when I conceived, so I'm sticking to my original calculations and will probably go around my original due date and not the one the dr is going by -- but then again, what the heck do I know, right?!!!

I'm hoping for 9/18 because that's the 5th anniversary of the day Joe and I met!! Either that or 9/13, because I love the number 13 (and Joe is born on the 13th).

Deb, this is such wonderful news! 20 weeks! I feel like just yesterday you were announcing!!!!

LOL about the Crypt Keeper! and I LOVE the names you picked!! I had my appt yesterday too, & heard the heartbeat on the doppler for the first time ... so amazing! & I had to face the scale. Rough moment. I got the lecture from both the dr & the nurse about gaining weight. It was such a rough month for me & I knew it would be bad, but now that the weather's warmer, I'll start trying to get out more.

Christine, I'm so glad you got to here your little munchkin's heartbeat!! Isn't it amazing??? I just can't wait to start feeling the Cypt Keeper!!! I thought I'd get the lecture about the weight thing also, but it seems I'm the only one who lectured myself about it! Thank God! I'm my own worst enemy!
