Re: Halls for a wedding
Are you looking for a catering hall or just a place that you rent and you have to bring in everything else?
Either way, I highly recommend Sunset Harbour in East Patchogue. Excellent food and prices... around $65pp - any time of year or day of the week. One wedding at a time, by the water, off of the main road.

I went to a wedding at the Marconi Manor and it was very nice. I think it was in Islip? I spoke to the bride and everything was included and it was about $8,000. And she had a lot of people.

There is a Knights of Columbus in Seaford. It has a nicel room to have weddings I went to a wedding there in Sept. and it was so NICE. Its called The memerndam (definetly cant spell that right) Club. GOOD LUCK!
ETA that when u think nights of columbus u think just a room and this is totally not that! My parents also get married here 35 years ago.

Re: Halls for a wedding
I got married at the Imperial Manor which is now know as the Sterling at Bethpage.
I paid well under 50 bucks a head, included lines, cake, centerpieces and many other things.....
It made paying for our 150 guests alot easier

My eparty was there, it's a nice place.
Have you thought about renting property, and getting a tent? That could make for a really nice wedding.

Le Cordon Bleu in Queens. The location may look bad to some, but the inside is really nice, the food is good and it starts at $35 p/p. They're also good people to work with.

really that sounds really nice
thats what im looking for
not like a price per person thing
but a nice place to rent out and do our own
thing ,but that provide tables and chairs
that still looks elegant or romantic

Are you sure you have to be member? I've heard otherwise, but I could be wrong. Why don't you try calling the Yacht Club? If you don't call you won't know, right?
I found the number for you...its actually Old Mill Yacht Club (phone: 718-835-0454)
