Hey girls - a friend of mine needs some help. They are planning a humungo wedding and mine is going to be way on the smaller side so I feel like I can't really help.
What are some RH that will accomodate really large groups? Let's say 300??
I told her ot look at Capitale, which I think is gorgeous but it doesn't get the best reviews for planning on the boards.
Her FSIL is getting married at the East Wind, so I think that's out.

I think the atrium room at Chateau la mer can hold up to 300.
She can check out jericho terrace too.

I am getting married at Floral Terrace in Floral Park. It hold up to 500 people. There is only one wedding at a time there.
I had the same problem. I am having a very large wedding too. The places that could accomodate my numbers were:
Lands End Flowerfield North Ritz Club Jericho Terrace Fox Hollow Crescent Beach Club Bridgeview Yacht Club Floral Terrace Villa Lombardis

Leonard's..... I believe they have a room that accomodates up to 500 or more.

We got married at Giorgio's and they can accomodate 300 plus. They are located right down the road from the East Wind

there's plenty of options..im having a 320 person wedding too...almost every hall i went to was able to cater to that amount of people

i second crest hollow...their rooms are huge. i think much bigger than jericho terrace. in fact, i booked my wedding at jericho in the dome room, which is suppose to hold the most amount of people. i really don't see 300 people packed in there. if it does, it would be a tight fit. maybe 200-250 tops.

North Ritz Club - my friend had over 325 there and there was still enough room. Plus it is one wedding only which is really nice. Maybe I am just partial since I am also a NR bride!

My friend had a wedding of about 300 at Sandcastle. If your friend can afford Capitale though, I'd say go for it, it is GORGEOUS (someone I know got married there and it cost over $300pp)

I got married at the North Ritz Club - it holds 350, and they are awesome!!!
