Hardcore diet starts today

So I joined the gym last tuesday and the scale did not move a bit when I got on it today

Granted I was not the best behaved outside of the gym food wise

So hard core diet starts today

you go....i had an inconvient diet when i went toHaiti in June for a funeral...i got really sick and lost 15 libs...15 lbs to go...yay and boo!!!!!!
