So I joined the gym last tuesday and the scale did not move a bit when I got on it today
Granted I was not the best behaved outside of the gym food wise
So hard core diet starts today

same here.. I dont know why but I decided a track my calories on 4th of july weekend of all other weekends and I was taking in around 3500 calories a day

I did 1 and 1/2 hours at the gym which included 100 [give or take] crunches
I feel great now if I can resist all the leftovers in the fridge from this past weekend I will be fine. I think that the dessert boxes are calling my name no wait they are screaming my name

Good for you! I haven't been well behaved. I lost a bit of weight but now I'm slacking! I need to get motivated to get back on track. You would think going on a beach vacay in two weeks would be enough...

i'm so glad that i'm not the only one on the diet train!
i went to a sample sale fell in love with a gorgeous dress, but IT DIDN'T zip! like not even an inch. :( i didn't care, i purchased it anyway! i've lost 9lbs so far, the zipper is finally going upwards!
we can do it girls!!
