Harvey is too cute but he looks as happy to be smoking a cigar as he does being dressed up as an elf.

Actually, it's called a chewgar (a doggy bone that looks like a cigar). You can see my hand in the picture because I was trying to take it away from him. He wouldn't let go!!!!!! He loves his bones!
