I feel aqward sometimes because I feel like I am not spending enough on the wedding.....It seems like I have one of the lowest budgets on here....not that I think my day will be any less...just makes me a little self concious sometimes....

I do...because some girls seem to have unlimited funds. BUT then I quickly remind myself that my wedding will:
A) not put me into debt
AND
B) be exactly my style, what I want, what my FH wants and....
C) PERFECT!!!
And yours will be too!!!!

I definitely feel that way. It really gets annoying always thinking about how to cut corners. But honestly, paying for this wedding is showing me that we really can do anything! Were learning how to save our money and how to budget it. It didnt seem possible before but now that were doing it were making it happen and that feels really good!

PLEASE DO NOT FEEL THAT WAY, I HAVE A LOW BUDGET AS WELL, WERE PAYING FOR EVERYTHING OURSELVES, FOR OVER 250 GUEST AND I FEEL THAT MY WEDDING WILL BE JUST INCREDIBLE AS ANYBODY ELSES. AND I'M ENJOYING EVERY MOMENT OF MY PLANNING WITH WHAT I HAVE.

Don't feel bad. My wedding. HM included for 70 people is costing 11,000. That includes 10 day hm, Bridal party gifts, wedding band(not engagement) food, Rehersal dinner, and everything else, even favors.

We decided to get married ina diff state from where we live. We are getting married in a beautiful log cabin chapel and having our reception at a hotel in their banquet hall. It's a plain room. But I am doing these beautiful candle centerpieces to make it more romantic. Check out my website. Their is a pic of the church.
Pfft! Most of us on here are struggling to pay for everything ourselves! I'm cutting corners everywhere I can.

We're being realistic. You shouldn't feel bad. I certainly don't. We're doing what we want for our wedding without putting us into debt. How many wedding shows are there where the couple is going double or triple over their budget?

Well at times I def. feel like that. I think our budget is just below what the average LI budget is. I am a BIG BARGAIN BRIDE, yet I'm still spending $$ I really don't need to spend
