Here's a solution- I hired a cab company to bring guest- its was only 180 round trip for a 15 person van including grat. Not as glamorous but it getting the job done much cheaper.
I am using Kelly's cabs in Bayside but I assume any cab company with vans could do this for you. Kelly's is not known for being inexpensive either so you may get a better rate from someone else.

Okay let me explain what I would need... I am thinking of getting married @ the RH and leaving to take pics @ OWG.. so I would only need transportation for about an 1- 1 1/2 hrs.
I DO NOT want to spend hundreds of dollars for just a 5 min drive.
I would need for about 20 people max.. not sure yet.. we'll see.

Definately call a cab company in the area. Most will have vans that hold 15 people. You would only need two which would put you at 360 max. Edited to say: my quote is for pick up and drop off at the hotel later. It would be half that for one way and its about a half hour trip. For your situation, it may be only about 100. Definately check it out.
