this is two building thing (1 house and 2 building) together...not sure if this is on a busy road or not? looks like it is. and its a big lot...maybe this price is real

i agree....

PLUS it is a 7 BEDROOM HOUSE....

3 bedrooms are going for 400K so it isn't that surprising to me at all

I agree. You're paying for the .52 acre. I think it must be a lot of sq. ft. of house too.

It depends on the location in E. Norhtport too. A friend's 3 bed/2 bath ranch was just valued at $750,000
