Has anyone taken Trimspa??

I was just wondering about these?? Would love to know feedback!! Work great, Suck made my heart race etc!

I never tried TrimSpa but I did take Metabolife for like 2 weeks and it was horrible. It made me all shaky and my heart would race. At that time my blood pressure was really high so it was not a good idea!!

I don't trust it at all, but my docotr said they can be safe if carefully monitored. There's a pharmaceutical grade version called bio lean it's supposed to be safer, who knows. I don't think its worth a heart attack. Ask your doctor

A friend of mine took it when it still had the ephedra in it and it worked. She lost all her weight the only thing is that she still relies on it. I tried it without the ephedra, it didnt make my heart race but it didnt do sh!t for me either. It does suppress your appetite but you still have to work out and eat healthy so basically I felt I was just wasting my $$ cause I can drink a lot of water and wouldnt have the hungry urges. Does that make sence?

Where is your friend finding it with Ephedra in it? Or did she stock up?

Thats the thing it worked for her when it still had the ephedra, when it was still legal to sell. Now that they dont she has a lot of trouble maintaining her weight. Although the gas station up the block from me still sells stackers with the ephedra, he keeps them behind the counter but DH buys them all the time and it makes me so mad.

Hey - not to hijack but did anyone else notice that no stress was able to type out s*ck without it being censored???? Is it because of the initial cap?
