Has anyone tried this gown on???
I love it. It is a Casablanca gown....I dont even know if it is a high quality designer or what, but I think it is really pretty and perfect for my 4th of July wedding! What do you think? How is the fabric? Is Casablanca a good designer - meaning I want to know that its not cheap and wont fall apart.

there is some book that has ratings of all the designers....i think michelle has it....and casablanca has a really good rating and they are not as expensive as some of the other designers in there. i think you should try it on!

Re: Has anyone tried this gown on???
i am most likely getting this dress!!! i tried it on - it's AWESOME. it is a super reputable designer, and very reasonably priced. it's definitely not 'cheap' looking or feeling. im actually a july 5th bride, and i think the same thing - it's perfect! mine's at a country club, and this dress is very classy/classic, so i thought it would be perfect. i think you should ABSOLUTELY try it on - you will love it :)

Re: Has anyone tried this gown on???
I tried it on and it really is a beautiful dress, but I wound up getting a different Casablanca. The fabric is light and would be perfect for a summer wedding.

Re: Has anyone tried this gown on???
I tried it on. it's taffeta, I think. It looked nice, but be careful if you have a bigger bust. My girls were almost popping out!

Re: Has anyone tried this gown on???
casablanca is a great company... they actually can do custom work and the dress is made for you in essence. There are certain major designers that charge a lot and you can't get different things taken away from it or added to it because they simply don't do it since the dresses are pre-made on waiting. Now this could of been said to me by four seperate bridal shops and they just told me this to sell me my dress (still haven't ordered it but will in may 12). So you can be assured its of a good quality.

Re: Has anyone tried this gown on???
That was the first dress I fell in love with in a bridal magazine
Unfortunately, none of the stores had it when I first started looking. I did get to try it on, but it looked funny on me...so I didn't get it.Still love it though...
