I saw a dress at a salon that I REALLY love, it is 970.00 alterations included. But when I went to bridesave.com I saw it there for 750.00. Is it safe to buy such a dress ONLINE and then would I have to take it to my own seamstress to alter it?
I love them! I had been originally told I would have the Bridesmaid gowns in November, I had them in less than four weeks and they arrived in August! I would definately recommend them to anyone and I had I know about them, I would have used them for my gown as well. Each gown saved the girls over $60.00...

Re: has anyone used Bridesave.com?
Thank you I guess I feel a little better. Did they come to you exactly the way u ordered? I just want to be sure that they can be trusted and they won't take my cc info and run.

Re: has anyone used Bridesave.com?
I bought my dress in a shop and then found it on bridesave.com for $300 less! I wish I would've bought it on bridsave. I also bought a pair of shoes for about $60 and then saw them on the site for $34. I returned the $60 ones and rebought on bridesave. I have yet to get them. I'll let you know.
But, I did have a thought...maybe you should do some pricing on the alterations...it could cost $200 to have alterations done by a seamstress (lots of bridal salons charge more when you bring in a gown you haven't bought in their shop) and then it wouldn't really make much of a difference.
good luck!

thanks usuk2004 I was thinking that myself because by the time I added the tax and shipping it was like 850.00 Then I factored in the cost of alterations it did turn out to be the same
