I went on sooo many hair trials (different people too)...spent $65.00 each and then $10.00 tip and I am not happy...I have ALOT of thick long hair and wanted the roller curls on top (in a bun form) and the bun has become so big it doesn't look right for some reason, now I am deciding to do half up in the roller curls and then half down with big roller curls...what do you ladies think and anyone have any pics?....I was thinking of putting my veil under the bun and just the curls hanging would be covered with my veil....I am so unsure and need some advice/help!

I hope this makes you feel better....but I actually was not happy with all 3 of my hair trials as well. I went along and hired the girl anyway because I think she does do a wonderful job, but it just wasn't working out the way I wanted it to. Well, the day of wedding my hair came out AWESOME !! I was so happy because I was so scared that I wouldn't be happy because of my past trials.

I had my hair 1/2 up and 1/2 down. I loved the way it came out!

I am still not 100% happy with my trials. It has nothing to do with who is doing my hair. She does exactly what I ask her, I just don't love the way the styles look on me. I think I am just so picky! I can't afford another trial so I am just going to have to decide and say a prayer !!

My friend hated her hair trial and had a fight with the stylist BUT her hair came out awesome on her big day...I think it will work out

Tried Jenn, but unfortunatly when I got home... only 45 minutes from her house, the curls came out, so I couldn't chance that on the wedding day.

If you really want a bun and you have too much hair, can you cut it a little, or get layers to thin it out a bit so the bun isnt so big?
What about Denise Venti? Claudia Pedala? Your regular stylist?

Similar situation here, I didn't LOVE my hair trial but definitely was going to use this stylist since I was comfortable with her, I was able to tell her exactly what I didn't like the day of, and she worked with me and got it PERFECT. i LOVED my hair, it stayed put all day/night, and got numerous compliments.

Try Denise Venti... She was highly recommended to me. I haven't used her as yet because my wedding is in March of 2008 but I already booked her. Went to her website and was very impressed... I live in Florida and getting married in NY so I don't have time for trials or anything... www.deniseventi.com
