Ok, what I don't understand is if he just bought the house, how does he know this whole story? If he really wants to sell the dress he should not put the haunted in there because who the H$ll is going to buy it?

I think he made up the story to garner interest on the dress - it does sound interesting! LOL

If it is true, why would someone's neice wear a dress when her aunt died in it? Hello morbid anyone?

Gimme a break, if it were haunted and you REALLY wanted to sell it to save your niece why wouldn't you start the bid at $1. Or toss it in Goodwill?
