Never have & never will (not with any ex's either). Though I have been on the other end - cheated on several times by the same ex. Unfortunately, I had self-esteem issues at the time and was an easy target. I'll never forget what it felt like. I told FI that was one thing I'd never forgive him for, but I totally trust and love him!

I've never cheated on anyone... I've always been of the opinion that if my eyes started to wander, it was time to get out of the relationship anyway, and to just break up and then have my fun with someone else... my last BF totally cheated on me, probably everyday... I was so dumb as a rock though... even when some chick came to our front door looking for him, I STILL believed that he wasn't cheating on me! I do agree though, when you meet the 'one' at a young age, you have to explore a little...

never even thoguht about it.
Both of my exes have cheated on other girlfriends ( one with me ) so I used to wonder if they ever cheated on me & I just never knew.
But I feel with FH, we are so not part of that world anymore.

But I do agree, if either of us had cheated what's the point of getting married, I believe some things just can't be forgiven.

I also cheated on mine. I was 17- we had just broken up and got back together. We were only together a few months and our relationship was weak.
He did not know at the time, but I told him a year or so later and all was well.
We were kids! 10 years later and we are still together- neither of us would ever cheat- I believe that 1000 percent.
Plus, I WOULD KILL HIM!

Maybe I am a glutton for punishment, but I feel compelled to tell my perspective.
Yes, I have cheated. And yes, it was more than kissing. I love my DH more than anyone I've ever met, but unfortunatley the physical aspect of our relationship is severly lacking. I was faithful for many years. I've tried everything I can think of to improve it, but he is not able to satisfy me physically. Otherwise the relationship is great. I love him with all my heart, should I leave him just because the sex is so lousy?
At times I have made the conscious decision to find what I need out side the relationship. I don't think it means I love my DH any less.
Do I feel guilty? Of course. I know it's wrong, but sometimes my needs are too strong to ignore. And like I said, should I give up a perfectly wonderful man just for that reason? Some might think I should.
Okay, just wanted to tell my side of the story.

anon two-----In my opinion, I don't think you should be marrying this man if the physical itimacy is 'severely lacking' as you put it. This person should be everything to you----in every aspect of your life. Ok, that just made me sound like you should be his slave or something, but you know what I mean.
You say everything else is wonderful and perfect, but I think there are probably some issues below the surface that are affecting your sex life. Have you ever thought about couples counceling to maybe help improve this area of your relationship?
If you think FH is so 'wonderful', how can you do this and look him straight in the face?
