Have you ever cheated on your FH/FW

Kissing is considered cheating in my book.. but I think I would feel a little better knowing it was a silly kiss, opposed to sexual acts. I could not get over that. A kiss, possibly. I mean, I would be hurt and upset, but i have never been in that situation before and hopefully will never be.

I knew someone's brother who was dating his GF for a very long time. He cheated on her every chance he got. How she didn't know, I have no idea. Eventually, she found out. His cheating was not a simple kiss either. He basically had his GF and some other girl on the side. She broke it off with him. He was sick... begged for her for almost a year, I think. She TOOK him back!! I was so shocked. In the end, they got married. If that was me, I would not be able to forgive and forget period. He had an on-going relationship with this other woman. How can he be trusted?

I agree with most...why cheat? You are getting married.. And prob most of us knew from the beginning that he was 'The One'. I did.....

the one' is part of what made me want to go out and kiss other guys while I could. We met at 15/16. Started dating at 16/17. FH is the only guy i've ever 'been with'...and that part isnt my problem...but I feel like bc I met him so young...i didnt get to shake all my wild oats...where he did....

In all honesty, the fact that you guys were so young and it was a kiss, I really don't consider it cheating. Not to say that cheating is excusable, but when you're a teenager, who is really 100% focussed? You can't even vote, let alone make a lifetime decision. I don't think you should be feeling bad at all. I get bent when I hear of adults cheating. And that is what I am referring to.. adults that cheat.

ETS: Let's stick to the wedding planning stuff. It's more fun. Who wants to think about cheating? I sure don't.

I'm not judging you either.
It's so easy for a person to say something when they are on the outside looking in...But you really never know how you would handle something until you are in that position.

I slept with an ex boyfriend when I had just met DH, but we had been only dating for about two weeks and we hadnt slept togteher yet..so I guess it wanst cheating, we werent a couple yet But Dh knows, when I was with my ex boyfriend, my cell phone accidentally dialed the last number and it was to DEx..so he heard us...it was BAD.

That is a very difficult age for a relationship. At that age my FH and I were in that 'hooking up' in bars and clubs stage still. I'm very happy we didn't meet until we were both out of that stage but neither of us regret it. I think at that age it is really difficult to not cheat because you are still trying to figure out who you are and what you like. Kudos to you for making it through it together!

No way!!!

I voted no but it's probably not exactly correct. I've 'cheated' (kissing only) on all my BFs except for FH, sort of. FH and I got together when I was still with my Ex. So I cheated on my ex with my FH.

FH totally knew about my BF at the time and continued to pursue me and 'fight' for me as he puts it.

But to clarify -- we did NOTHING other than kiss until I broke up with my then BF two months later. Our 'affair' only went on for about 2 months until I ended my otherwise faithful 5 year relationship with my ex.

Since then I have been 100% faithful and though there were rocky times in the beginning... we have complete trust in each other and it has made our relationship SO much stronger because of everything we went through to get to where we are today.

NO but i did cheat on my first bf (kissing). I was 18, away at college my first year. I was young and immature. I felt sooo guilty all summer and ended up telling him. He forgave me and we dated another 4 years.
I learned from the experience!
