Have you heard about the latest moronic lawsuit?

Original post by halloweenbride04

In my personal opinion, this is crazy.

A woman is suing a casino for contributing to her gambling addiction! She says she lost about $300,000 over 10 years gambling. Whatever casino it is that she is suing had some sort of form for addicts to fill-out that said if they were seen in the casino they'd be thrown out or if they tried to cash in, their winnings would be revoked. Apparently this woman got into the casino undetected and lost alot of money yet again and is now suing the casino! Are you kidding me??

The woman and her lawyer and a rep. from the casino were on Good Morning America today. I tried to find the story to share with you but I couldn't. I just thought is was complete and utter BS. The casino also said that when people get into a car accident they don't go suing the car manufacturers.....

What other good/stupid lawsuits have come up in recent times?

This is one of my BIGGEST PEEVES about our country!!! I can't stand all these ridiculous lawsuits where people stub their toe in front of Walbaums and then sue for millions of $$$, its insane!!!!!

It seems there are people out there that think they deserve to become instant millionaires for nothing and the way to do it is to sue! GET A JOB, thats how you make money in this world!!

Serious legal reforms is what our country needs. Thanks for letting me vent.

Sorry, this subject makes me very

This case will be thrown out faster than yesterdays garbage..

NOBODY made her go into that casino, take out her money and blow it away but her damn self!

Should I go sue Roosevelt Field for making me spend more money than I should?
