So a week ago or so I asked for some LIW prayers regarding my FH selling his condo. I thought it worked because we got and accepted an offer, lower than we wanted but we are so done with keeping up on two homes and trying to plan a wedding! So it was supposed to go into contract this week BUT I just received a call and the buyer just lost his job so they can't buy it!! I know I should feel bad that he lost his job but I am just so upset. We really needed this sale to go through. The house has been on the market for 18 months and every offer falls through. I swear I am just ready to hand it over to the bank and say you can have it. Thanks for letting me vent!!

Is it on Multiple Listing? Also maybe lowering your price a little? Are you signed with one Real Estate? If so try a different one- thy may have a different selling technique. Can the Real Estate give you some selling hints? Anything to do to make it more appealing?

We have done everything we can!! It is just crazy! Dropped the price A LOT!! Have it listed on MLS...etc. We can't switch RE companies until July so we are stuck with them for now. Sad thing is that it is really a great place! Practically brand new. The biggest problem is the location, and the people who have been looking to go into contract keep having issues getting a mortgage. I am just so stressed out!!

Is the Real Estate asking for mortage pre-approvals? Tell them that you wont even entertain the idea of showing to someone who isnt pre-approved. I did real estate for years and always aked for mortage pre-approvals before I showed them anything.

Yes they are all 'pre-approved' but that obviously means nothing! The condo is in Bayshore. 3BR, 2 1/2 Bath, walk in closets. If anyone hears anything I would appreciate it. We would rent in but it is against the condo rules so we can't.
